- Go to the installation page
- Click on ‘Add extension’

Looking up the right profile
There are two ways to look up the right profile on the Extension

HeadsUp built-in Auto-lookup
- Apps supported: Salesforce, HubSpot and Intercom
- Once the above apps are connected by your admin, you can go into them, select a profile (e.g. Salesforce Lead Page), and the Chrome Extension will automatically look up the right profile and display its associated usage information.

Using the Search function
- You can also choose to use the filter function and narrow down your search options
- e.g. Only show me accounts that have more than 50 employees
Analyzing the usage information
- Use the Details sections to examine the various usage and firmographic information your Ops/Manager has put together.
- Toggle different ‘Showing’ options to compress or expand the information shown in the detail section.
- Under each detail section, you may also find explanations and/or recommendations prepared by your Ops/Manager.
