TL;DR: We're a top B2B SaaS startup at the brink of hyperscale growth looking to onboard a MBA Product Marketing Intern to help us explore the industry and main customer pain points.
🚀 About the role
We're looking for:
- Experienced generalist with experience in one of more of the following: Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Product Management, Strategy, Management Consulting.
- (Preferred) Experience working at a hyper-growth series B-D company.
- It's an opportunity to shape culture and influence the product at the ground floor of a greenfield opportunity in a huge market.
👷🏼♀️ What you'll do
- Work on execution of a critical part of HeadsUp's go to market strategy. This will involve owning a specific problem within the existing defined strategy while thinking of ways to optimize it.
- This role is for people who are not afraid to roll up their sleeves and do (e.g., write a blogpost, organize a webinar), beyond just thinking of big-picture strategy. The mix will be 25%-75% between strategic thinking and problem-solving, and execution.
- Work directly and learn from co-founders who have scaled a successful B2B business
- Be one of the first marketers or business hires on the ground, and to grow into a leadership role (if converted to full-time)
- Own meaningful equity (if converted to full-time)
🔍 What We're Looking For
- Strong professional experience: business experience at a top tier startup, investment bank, or in management consulting.
- Strong writing talent — ability to articular complex thoughts clearly and concisely in writing. Ability to empathize with the user and to write in way that will suit a specific audience.
- Independent self-starter — ability to take initiative and work without supervision on complex, multi-stage projects.
