With Syncs, you are able to send fields from HeadsUp to your go-to-market apps to properly power your automated workflow and prioritization process within just minutes.

🔃 Creating a Sync


Before, creating a sync, make sure to connect and create the necessary mappings between HeadsUp and your desired destinations. Here are the destinations we currently support:

  1. Go to Syncs from the side menu

  2. Click on ‘+ Create Sync’ and select the desired sync destination

  3. Select which HeadsUp object you would like to sync from (e.g. Group or Users)

  4. Select the desired object mapping

  5. Select which field you want to sync to

    1. Depending on the destination’s requirement, you might have to specify a mapping of the field between HeadsUp and your destination (e.g. Outreach).
  6. Click ‘Save’!
