Our HubSpot integration allows you to:

1. Use our Chrome extension in HubSpot
   1. Our Chrome extension, when loaded on a HubSpot page, automatically detects what object page you are on and pulls additional information about the object from our systems. HeadsUp uses the HubSpot API to look up information about the object that is loaded on the web browser to pull the field we need to use to map it back to an object in HeadsUp.
2. Sync attributes in HeadsUp as custom fields into HubSpot
   1. HeadsUp can sync values into a custom field in HubSpot and uses the connected HubSpot user’s account to update such fields. The custom field must already exist in HubSpot and needs to be created in advance.

3. Create HubSpot objects like leads, contacts, and accounts
   1. HeadsUp can also create objects and uses the connected HubSpot user’s account to do so.

4. Sync HubSpot fields into HeadsUp
   1. HeadsUp can ingest fields that exist within the connected HubSpot instance.

🔒 Connection & Authentication

We connect to HubSpot using OAuth and request these permissions:

• Access the identity URL service
• Access unique user identifiers
• Manage user data via APIs
• Perform requests at any time

We do not require the installation of a managed package application.

How to connect

1. Log in and then click into the Settings page on the left-hand side menu bar

1. Click Connect under the HubSpot source box
